You may request a return for change of mind within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping in these cases.

Product Issues

Returns or refunds can be requested within 30 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description.
For product-related issues, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Retain all tags, labels, and original packaging

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation if your order shows as delivered but has not arrived.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Special Situations

Refunds for refused packages are processed only after we receive the returned item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Unauthorized returns may be refused; any costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
